Elizabeth Willard Thames is the creator of the award-winning blog Frugalwoods.com, author of Meet The Frugalwoods: Achieving Financial Independence Through Simple Living, and a financial consultant.
She helps clients:

Before stepping into her role as a writer and consultant, Liz spent ten years in the nonprofit sector as a fundraiser and communications manager.
