Project Highlights
Design
The She Markets Mentor redesign was a complete transformation of a five-year-old Divi website into a sleek, modern, and fully optimized platform built for growth.
Cynthia Treviño, author, marketing strategist, and founder of She Markets Mentor, needed a website that reflected her authority while making it easy to maintain. Her old site was clunky, slow, and difficult to update—even small copy changes were cumbersome. The new website gives her freedom, functionality, and the professional polish her brand deserves.
We built the site using the Kadence Theme for a lightweight, intuitive experience. The new homepage is both beautiful and strategic, combining strong messaging with clear calls-to-action, while her book and blog pages were completely reimagined to guide visitors through her content seamlessly.
“I love so many things about my new website — to sum it up, it’s uber easy to make copy changes and post blog articles. The home page is beautiful, functional, and the entire site navigation is awesome.”

About She Markets Mentor
Founded by Cynthia Treviño, She Markets Mentor helps women entrepreneurs find clarity in their marketing so they can attract their dream clients with confidence. Through her book She Markets, coaching, and educational content, Cynthia teaches women how to craft messages that resonate and convert.
With decades of marketing expertise, she empowers solopreneurs to simplify their strategy and connect deeply with their audience — and now her new website supports that mission perfectly.
Initial Challenges
When Cynthia reached out, her old site was showing its age:
- Built on Divi, it was hard for a non-technical user to edit.
- The design no longer matched her credibility or vision.
- Even developers struggled to add new pages or features.
“As a non-technical person, Divi made it difficult and cumbersome to make even minor copy changes. The design was dated. Even contractors had a tough time adding pages to my old site.”
Deciding To Hire DIY Dream Site
Cynthia was referred to Katy by Grayson Bell of iMark Interactive, a trusted name in WordPress support — and his recommendation sealed the deal.
“While I got some viable referrals, Katy was an easy choice because her website is so well-designed and informative. I trusted her from the beginning due to Grayson’s high recommendation.”
She wanted a design partner who could combine technical skill with strategic marketing insight — and that’s exactly what she found.

What Cynthia Loves Most About The New Site
“The home page is beautiful and functional. The thank you page and book page for She Markets are on-brand and professional, just like the entire site.”
Her favorite part? The ease of managing everything herself — from adding new blog posts to updating calls-to-action. The new layout also highlights her blog categories, book, and services in an intentional way that supports conversion.
“The new website will improve my business because it’s easy for visitors to find specific pages, my blog is well-categorized, and my calls-to-action are visible and placed strategically.”
Transformation In Her Business
Beyond design, this project transformed Cynthia’s digital strategy. We helped her reorganize her extensive blog archive into focused, user-friendly categories, increasing discoverability and SEO performance.
“While working with Katy I learned how to best organize my blog posts so they can be easily found by visitors depending on their interests. I have blogged for many years, so this was no small feat.”
Her contact page, now simplified and optimized, ensures direct communication with prospects — helping her attract more qualified leads.
Favorite Part Of Working Together
“Katy is professional, smart, savvy, and fun — all important qualities when upgrading a site with as many blog posts as mine.”
The project was a true collaboration, with a shared focus on clarity, usability, and aligning every design choice with Cynthia’s business goals.
What Surprised Her Most
“How important strategy decisions are when designing new sites.”
From the early wireframes to launch, Cynthia valued how each stage emphasized intentional design strategy — ensuring her site wasn’t just visually appealing but purpose-driven.
Final Thoughts From Cynthia
“Katy Boykin is the best choice to design or upgrade your business website because she understands your needs, makes strategic decisions, and goes above and beyond for her clients. When you hire Katy, you’ll get the best of the best.”
Cynthia now has a digital home that not only looks stunning but also functions effortlessly — allowing her to focus on what she does best: helping women grow their businesses with heart and strategy.
“The value of the website design and development services Katy provided compared to the investment I made is excellent.”
